UNITING CHURCH ADULT FELLOWSHIP - UCAF
A fellowship group which meets on the first Wednesday each month at the church at 1.30pm. All adults are welcome to attend this friendly group, which enjoys being together to share
in the activities and there is always a delicious afternoon tea.
Funds raised or collected are distributed to various charities, and directly to the mission of the church. MEN'S MONTHLY MONDAY MORNING MEETING (MMMMM) An informal fellowship, with Informative speakers, conversation and coffee. Usually meeting in a private home on the third Monday of each month.
WISE WOMEN WITH WOW ! (WWWW) Women are invited to get together for a chat over a coffee and cake, at the Rosebud Country Club at 10.00am on Mondays (usually the second Monday of the month)It's an opportunity for us to get to know one another and share stories and experiences in a relaxed and safe environment.
CHOIRSMPUC has an active choir that contributes sacred music as part of our contemporary worship services.
The choir has grown in strength under the expert guidance of choirmaster and conductor Alistair.The choir welcomes all who enjoy singing, and you don't have to audition!The desire to sing is paramount and the enjoyment of that is the reward.
CRAFT GROUP Women combine craft activity with a 1/2 hour of exercise suitable for mature people.
Meeting on the third Monday of the month, at the church hall at Murray Anderson Rd Rosebud.
OCCASIONAL SOCIAL EVENTS Periodically the whole congregation (and visitors are most welcome too) have an afternoon or evening event such as seeing a film at the Rosebud Cinema, followed by a pub meal.A concert performed by members of the congregationFashion Parade - featuring fashion from the Op Shop - and they're pretty flash too! VISUAL MESSAGES GROUP A talented group of artistic and crafty people convene to develop artwork to adorn the church building. The themes relate to the season and lectionary calendar and enhance understanding of the worship service.
